Welcome to Nuray. These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") govern your use of the Nuray mobile application (the \"App\") and any related services provided by Nuray. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the \"Last updated\" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nuray is a wellness tool designed to help women practice intermittent fasting with cycle-aware guidance. The App provides:

• Personalized intermittent fasting schedules (e.g., 16:8, 18:6, 20:4) adapted to your menstrual cycle phases.
• Fasting timers, trackers and history logs.
• Hydration tracking and daily water reminders.
• Sleep quality insights alongside fasting data.
• Cycle-phase-specific meal and snack suggestions.
• Progress dashboards and community tips.

Nuray is not a medical device, a diet program or a substitute for professional healthcare advice. The information provided through the App is for general wellness purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Nuray. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Nuray is intended for use by individuals seeking to practice intermittent fasting. If you are pregnant, nursing, have an eating disorder, have a medical condition or are taking medication, you should consult a healthcare provider before using the App.

Nuray does not require account creation for basic functionality. When you use the App, fasting data, cycle logs and personal settings are stored locally on your device.

If you choose to back up data or subscribe to Premium, you may be asked to provide an email address or sign in through a third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the App settings.

Nuray offers both a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium unlocks additional features including unlimited fasting plans, cycle-aware meal ideas, app lock and an ad-free experience.

Premium pricing:

• $0.99 per month (auto-renewing monthly subscription)
• $9.99 per year (auto-renewing annual subscription, saving you ~17%)

Subscriptions are managed by your platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled according to the app store's terms. You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Nuray reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect the current billing period and you will be notified in advance.

Nuray is a general wellness application. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The fasting schedules, meal suggestions, hydration reminders and cycle-tracking features are based on published research and general wellness principles — but they are not personalized medical advice. Individual results and experiences vary.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any intermittent fasting regimen, especially if you are:

• Pregnant, planning to become pregnant or nursing.
• Under 18 years of age.
• Managing a condition such as diabetes, heart disease, hypothyroidism, PCOS or an eating disorder.
• Taking prescription medications that may be affected by fasting.
• Underweight or have a history of disordered eating.

If you experience dizziness, fainting, extreme fatigue or any adverse symptoms while fasting, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Nuray offers optional menstrual cycle tracking to align fasting windows with your cycle phases (follicular, ovulation, luteal and menstrual). This feature relies on information you input and is not a diagnostic tool.

Cycle data you enter is stored locally on your device. Nuray does not transmit, sync or upload your cycle data to any server. You may delete cycle data at any time through the App settings.

The cycle-aware suggestions provided by Nuray are based on published menstrual-cycle research but should not be taken as medical guidance. Cycle lengths and symptoms vary widely among individuals.

When using Nuray, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the App's source code.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or associated servers.
• Share your Premium access with unauthorized users.
• Upload or transmit malicious code through the App.

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, code and other materials associated with Nuray are the intellectual property of Nuray or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App or its content without prior written consent from Nuray.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuray and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities.
• Any health-related outcomes resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to effects of fasting, meal choices or cycle tracking.

The App is provided \"as is\" and \"as available\" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nuray does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the \"Last updated\" date and may notify you through the App or by email.

Your continued use of the App after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
